Through his work as a Chef at fine dining locations along the East coast, paired with a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University. Chef Amir has drawn inspiration from many different cuisines, seamlessly synthesizing the familiar and the unknown to form daring and bold flavors. The carefully-crafted menu accentuates the uniquely exquisite, and class driven flavors that have come to define Amir's Private Chefs and Catering. With awards form Newport social and praise from the renowned Providence Eats, This one-of-a-kind and intimate experience will leave you with memories that last a lifetime. Chef Amir Describes his cuisine as the culmination of French Asian fusion, and sees every one of his plates as a canvas. You won't find a more dedicated or artistic Chef.
