Plated Private Events

This menu is meant to give our guests an idea of possible options, or what an event might look like. We find that the planning of small events is better done over the phone. We set the standard for fun and professional Private in home dinners, and Events under 50 people.

The Menu below are ideas and conversation starters. We provide menu creation for all of our clients.

Appetizer 

The Farmers Market

Mixed greens and romaine, roasted corn, confit tomatoes, charred red pepper, pickled green beans, chickpeas, deviled egg, feta, red wine vin.

Strawberry Salad

kale mixed and greens, romaine, strawberries, pistachio, feta

Caesar salad 

croutons, pecorino, house made caesar dressing.

Filet crostini small plate  

Prime cut filet, gorgonzola, potato rosti, onion soubise

Lobster Bruschetta 

Whipped ricotta, tomato, truffled lobster

Gin and ginger shrimp 

Quinoa, peanut, carrot, cabbage, wonton, wasabi Aioli, 

Fried Chicken and pancakes 

Buttermilk fried chicken, pancakes, maple butter, butternut squash

Spicy Shrimp Canape

Cucumber, spicy quinoa and feta, shrimp, tomato soy


Entrees

Pan seared scallops 

Burnt Cauliflower, chorizo pommes souffle, arugula oil.

Buddha Bowl

white rice, curry pickled green beans, carrot, cabbage, sambal radish, scallion, yuzu.

Chicken Statler

Tomato and Thai Basil dusted Statler, Lemon, Kale, Sundrieds, Parm stock, over Zucchini noodles.

Crab stuffed Cod 

crab stuffed cod, squid ink whipped potato, broccolini, cayenne and lime beurre blanc.

Filet 

creamed romanesco, tomato and soy, sesame kale oil. calabrian chili butter.

Pan Seared Halibut 

Black Rice, baby Bok choy, blueberry teriyaki, cauliflower 2 ways.

Ribeye

GochuJang marinated ribeye, asian pear fried rice, red cabbage, water chestnut and scallion, wasabi, sake jus.

Coriander Salmon

Lemongrass and coriander dusted salmon, ginger toasted couscous, asian slaw. bean sprout and hoisin reduction.


Lunch/Brunch

Lettuce Wraps

Romaine, quinoa, peanut, soy, ginger, carrots, Thai chicken or Thai shrimp

Veggies 5 ways

Garlic and white wine green beans, Korean cauliflower, charred asparagus, Thai broccoli, truffled mushrooms

Blackened Chicken Sandwich

Blackened Chicken, truffle aioli, oyster mushrooms, tomato and arugula, bulkie roll 

Lobster Mac 

Maine Lobster, asiago, Vermont cheddar, gouda, fontina.

Veg Sandwich 

Grilled mixed veg, radicchio oil, burnt kale, black garlic aiol

Mediteranian Halibut salad sandwich  capers, lemon, arugula, sun dried tomatoes, basil.

Shaved Steak 

ribeye, pearl onions, garlic butter.

Hangover sandwich 

Steak or Chicken, everything bagel, spinach, confit tomato, fried egg, bacon, potato rosti, chive cream cheese.

Veggie Omelet 

veggies of your choice, cheese of your choice.

Overnight French Toast 

Plugra butter, cinnamon, sugar, walnuts, french bread, sat overnight and baked to perfection. 

Classic French toast 

Texas toast, cinnamon sugar, plugra butter, mixed berries, maple creme fraiche.

Potato Rosti 

Shredded potato shallow fried to perfection, finished with scallions and bistro seasoning.
